How do we process in a week?
Day1 - Understand
Firstly, the team listens and empathize with your idea or problems. We set up a meeting and gather everything that is needed to provide you with an exceptional solution. The team processes learnings and turn the goal into actionable task lists.
Day2 - Ideate the solutions
We work on the 4-step sketch steps - notes, ideas, crazy8s and finally solution sketch. Our experts work on research, competitors and existing products. This helps in setting the boundaries and ideating the solution.
Day3 - Make a decision
Our designers work rigorously on sketching the prototype. We place them together to check which suits the best and end user-centric solution. The team puts a few options of sketches and gets the feedback for the final sketch.
Day4 - Create a prototype
The team starts working on building the prototype of finalised sketch. We aim for "Goldilocks quality" in your prototype. The prototype - which is not that perfect clarifies the design to be tested. We create the mockups using the prototyping tools.
Day5 - Test prototype with users
It is suggested that you need only 5 customers to test your product with. Here we get the feedback from you and the potential customers of yours to test and learn.
